Inaugural Layan International Golf Challenge
You are cordially invited to take part in the inaugural Layan International Golf Challenge to be played over two days – Friday, May 1 and Saturday, May 2 – at the Laguna Phuket Golf Course.
There will be 24 teams of 4 players – 96 in all – taking part in a tournament which will involve both fourball and foursome play.
The Committee – the same one that brings you the acclaimed Layan Masters – is looking for 24 players prepared to put together a team of four. If you cannot do this but want to play please let us know and we will partner you up with others in the same position.
Each team will play under a national flag, with countries being assigned on a first-come-first-served request basis as team names are submitted.
A function for the prize giving to the winning teams, along with the usual plentiful food and drink, will be held in the early evening of the Saturday. Details will be circulated later.
All funds raised will go towards the education scholarship scheme administered by the Phuket International Women’s Club.
The cost of entry is 3,500 Baht per player, which includes both days and the function. Non-members at the club will receive a 50% discount on green fees.
Official entry forms, the order of play and the rules will be distributed over the next few days.

Cost per person is 3,500 baht. LPGC will offer 50% green fees to non members and all funds raised will go toward the education scholarship scheme of the Phuket International Women’s Club.
